1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using LearnerLog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

LearnerLog grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app.

3. No Warranty

LearnerLog is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accepted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) or any other authority. Use of this app does not constitute legal advice. It is your responsibility to verify that your driving log meets all applicable requirements before submission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnerLog and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including but not limited to rejection of a driving log by TDLR or any state agency.

5. Refunds

LearnerLog is sold through the Google Play Store. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Google Play’s refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
